Swedish Massage:


A system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements on the joints.  The four strokes of Swedish massage are effleurage, petrissage, friction and tapotement.

Trigger Point Therapy (Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy):


A method that applies concentrated finger pressure to trigger points to break cycles of spasm and pain.


Gentle touch method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the Central Nervous Systems Deep Tissue.  This type of massage is effective in treating fibromyalgia, headaches, migraines, and other problems that occur within the central nervous system.


On-Site Massage or Seated Chair Massage:


A type of massage administered while the client is clothed and seated in a specially designed chair.  It allows the massage therapist to massage the muscles of the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands.


Sports Massage:

Through the use of various techniques an athlete can better prepare for and recover from an event and/or training. 


Pre and Post Natal Massage:

Pregnancy massage can help reduce pain and discomfort during the gestational period.  Post natal massage can help the mom recover from the pregnancy and delivery by facilitating the body's innate ability to heal itself.
